We’re recruiting a Senior Rem Advisor for a key client to support their performance and remuneration review cycle. This role needs someone who’s great with data – and even better with people.
What you'll do:
- Analyse and interpret performance and remuneration data
- Provide clear, strategic advice to leaders on reward outcomes
- Work across the business to align pay, performance and capability decisions
- Influence and support stakeholders through remuneration discussions
- Collaborate with People Partners and the wider Reward team
What we're looking for:
- Advanced Excel and confidence working with large datasets
- Proven experience in remuneration and performance frameworks
- Ability to engage and influence senior leaders
- Strong problem-solving, commercial thinking and attention to detail
You'll play a vital role in ensuring fair and consistent remuneration decisions across the business. A perfect role for someone who enjoys a mix of data and stakeholder engagement.
