We are partnering with a growing, globally recognised professional services organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a more strategic, proactive, and relationship-led approach to hiring.


This is not a high-volume recruitment role. It is a hands-on, headhunting-focused position designed for an experienced TA professional who thrives on market mapping, proactive sourcing, and building trusted candidate and stakeholder relationships.


The role


Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of specialist and leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on quality, market intelligence, and long-term talent pipelines.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for priority and specialist roles across the business
  • Proactive headhunting, networking, and direct sourcing rather than reliance on advertising
  • Market mapping and talent intelligence to support future workforce planning
  • Building and nurturing long-term candidate relationships, not just transactional hires
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to advise on role design, talent availability, and hiring strategy
  • Managing a lower volume of roles with a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement
  • Strengthening employer brand through candidate experience and market presence
  • Leveraging ATS and recruitment systems to drive insight, reporting, and process discipline


About you


You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys operating as a trusted advisor rather than a delivery-only recruiter.


You will likely bring:


  • Demonstrated experience in a senior TA or Talent Manager role
  • Strong headhunting and proactive sourcing capability across specialist or professional roles
  • Proven market mapping and talent pipelining experience
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
  • A relationship-led mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience
  • Solid systems capability across ATS and recruitment technology
  • A preference for quality, depth, and impact over volume
