We are looking for a talented sales professional to drive national sales, support existing customers, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will monitor industry trends to spot emerging markets and develop strategies to capture these opportunities. What This Job Entails
- Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals and company quotas.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business leads through diligent research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-lasting partnerships.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to refine and adapt sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient tracking of leads, opportunities, and deals through all sales stages.
- Closing Deals: Expertly negotiate terms and successfully close sales to optimize revenue.
- Sales Reporting: Keep detailed sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns to guarantee client satisfaction post-sale.

Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in commercial printing
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in CRM and other productivity suites (Microsoft/Google)
- Work hours are flexible to meet customer requirements
- Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
- Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Motivated – you have the mindset and drive to continue to prospect despite any “No” that you might get.
- Willingness to travel periodically
