Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Project/Account Manager for one of our clients! They are a creative marketing agency based in Alberta, Canada. With two founders. They are both young entrepreneurs (in their 20s) who are extremely passionate about building and creating value for other entrepreneurs and brands through online marketing services.
They are a fast-growing start-up agency that focuses on working with personal brands specifically in the real estate industry. They help agents and large teams to automate and scale their content post-production. They take care of video editing, design, social media management, YouTube SEO, copywriting, project management, advertising, and more. They are a completely freelance team. Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time & Fully Remote Opportunity
- $3,000 - $4,000 CAD/month Base (Depending on Experience)
- The Opportunity To Grow To $5,000+ Per Month. (Based on experience, skills, growth and value contributed to the company over time) + Benefits and Bonus Structures Are Also Provided.
- Independent Contractor-Based Position, however seeking long-term team member. 1 year commitment.

What This Role Entails Everyday
- Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Delegate tasks to the creative team and ensure that project deadlines are met
- Manage Monday.com boards and ensure that project management tools are up to date
- Communicate with clients via Slack and provide project updates and agendas for meetings
- Provide creative direction and marketing skills to ensure that project goals are achieved
- Ensure that client needs are met and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
- 1+ years experience with project/account management experience.
- Experience working in creative projects. (ie. able to do basic editing, understanding of basic branding/design knowledge, digital marketing experience, worked with editors/designers before,
- Basic understanding of the tools required to run creative projects like adobe/figma/premire pro, understanding of monday.com or any management tools like asana/trello etc)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients remotely
- Being comfortable speaking on camera.

Overview of the Position
The Project/Account Manager role is one of the most important positions in their company. You are the leader of the projects they work on. You are responsible for making sure each project is being executed successfully by your team and that your client has an amazing experience.
As a Project/Account Manager, you are responsible for managing a team of content creators who consist of video editors, designers, writers and more. Your team will be responsible for executing all creative work, such as thumbnail designs, infographics, youtube videos, and more. You are NOT responsible for creating any content.
You will be required to mentor and support your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. You will be in an internship process for 2-3 weeks, where you will shadow other project managers, with this you will be able to understand the day-to-day tasks and workflows that occur in the business, and you will get the opportunity to work 1-on-1 with the clients and the team very closely, you will get a very detailed look and experience on how their team and projects operate, which will give you much more confidence, skills, and credibility to become the company’s project manager.
You will have the chance to work as a Project Manager in 1-2 projects until you feel that you are trained, and comfortable to take on a higher level position in the company and start to bring on more and more projects. You must have a long-term vision, a high level of commitment, focus, and discipline to be a good fit for this position. They are looking for high performers. You must be able to work under high pressure/stress and find ways to be efficient and solve problems.

Your Main Areas of Support
- Client Support. - Communicating with the client on Slack via the Client-Service channel. Getting on Zoom calls with the client to provide additional support, coaching, guidance and strategy. Providing consulting, direction and accountability for clients. Supporting clients in all areas of their branding, marketing and overall strategy and program support. Helping clients to have clarity on where we are in the process, what's next, what we need from them, and what their team is working on. Doing daily check-ins and weekly project reports. Guiding clients on the best paths toward success. Coaching clients on areas they are struggling with, for example, video ideas.
- Team Support. - Communicating with the team on various slack channels to provide direction, guidance, feedback, and next steps. Making sure the team is consistently aligned with the project timeline and tasks on a daily basis. Coaching the team toward achieving high-quality work. Getting on Zoom calls with individual team members to resolve issues and provide advice and guidance.
- Project Management. - Creating project timelines, content posting calendars, setting up project tasks on Monday.com software, leading team meetings, and overall making sure the project runs smoothly and is a success. Keeping a check on all deliverables of the projects, the materials and files used for the project, and making sure the project does not exceed the budget and time allotted for the project. Ensuring that the project stays efficient and team members are productive. Escalating any project issues to the Operations Manager/Founders and providing solutions. Research, helping to build and improve management systems, etc.
- Brand Strategy. - Working with the design team to launch a new brand from scratch. Figuring out the best marketing plan for how to grow the brand. What videos the client needs to record. What steps need to be taken to help the client to see the best results. What other similar brands are doing in the market and how our client can do it better. What the brand message is and what the brand's unique marketing offer is for their own clients. Getting the brand visuals out into the market.
- Critical Thinking & Systems Building. - What can be done to achieve better results. Where are the areas that the brand that can be better. Where are the areas where the brand is falling apart. Where are the gaps, issues and holes in the marketing execution, planning and process. How can they coach the client to get them on the right path toward achieving the best results with us? What are some new ideas and research they can implement into the brand to help pivot toward success?
