Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Inbound Sales Closer for one of our clients! They are on a mission to shift the paradigm of the entire real estate industry with the implementation of their digital marketing system that guarantees agents 3 transactions or they don’t pay. Your role as an Inbound Sales Closer allows the company to produce cash flow in order to keep the operation going so they can continue to move closer to achieving their company vision & mission. This will be done by generating conversations with potential clients & converting those conversations into front-end sales.
Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time Position, 40 hours/wk position.
- 100% Fully Remote Opportunity!
- Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm EST
- Independent Contractor Based Position; however, seeking a permanent new team member
- Commission-based (all warm leads - no cold calling)
- Package size ranges from $6,000-$12,000
- The commission per close: minimum per close $400, scales up as you close more with bonuses, can reach as high as $1500 per close
On-Track Earnings:
- $22,500 commission w/ bonus = $23k-$41k/m.
- 5 Live Calls per day / 25 wk / 100 month
- @ 30% call → close ratio = 30 closes
- @ 9000 package sold = $750 commission
- At minimum KPI (30%). So if you’re closing 35-40%+ the potential is higher.
- Also upward mobility opportunity @ 400-500k/yr for the sales manager position. But you gotta be a top 0.01% stud
What This Job Entails
- You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, you will be expected to open enough calendar space to hit approximately 60 LIVE calls through inbound & self-generated leads (Need to account for no shows, therefore you will need approximately 110-120 scheduled call slots on your calendar in order to hedge)
- You will also be expected to complete your morning & end of day tasks every day, Monday-Friday as well as Saturday if you take calls
- You will also be expected to be available to communicate through slack 10 am-6 pm EST daily.
- You may request off anytime with a minimum of 7 days advanced notice.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of High Ticket Sales experience
- Used to making 6 figures in sales
- You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).
- Integrity: Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only enroll clients who’re a great fit.
- Leadership/Coach: You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people. The greatest act of service is leadership.
- Hunger // Work ethic: This is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing your craft and doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities and 2) close them. You must be hungry.
- Proactivity: Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you are behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results.
- Attention to detail: You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers but still important.
- High standards: You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to your own high standards.
- Poise: You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life-changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
