Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Appointment Setter for one of our clients! They specialize in digital marketing for real estate investors, agents & brokers. They help get a jam-packed schedule with motivated sellers and buyers who need to sell their property and can close in as little as 2 weeks.


They provide an online lead generation system that generates high quality leads via Facebook, YouTube and Google ads. Their system generates motivated sellers for real estate investors leveraging online marketing processes and a systematic approach to follow up, book appointments and live transfers with sellers.


Over the past year the organization has grown significantly and they are looking to onboard a new team member. They can give you the right marketing knowledge and training but cannot provide the right attitude and mindset. Their team culture is energetic, driven, self-reliant, creative, and friendly. They collaborate and help each other grow and succeed. You will receive daily training to refine your art.


They are growing and looking to bring on an Appointment Setter to join their team.

What This Job Entails:

  • Outbound Calling: Reaching out to potential clients by phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Lead Qualification: Assessing and verifying leads to ensure they meet specific criteria before scheduling appointments.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and setting up meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives, ensuring both parties’ availability.
  • Maintaining CRM Records: Accurately recording client information, call notes, and scheduling details in the company's CRM or database.
  • Following Up with Leads: Reaching out to potential clients who may have shown initial interest but require further engagement before setting an appointment.
  • Building Rapport: Establishing a positive relationship with potential clients to encourage engagement and trust in the company.
  • Meeting Appointment Quotas: Working to meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for the number of appointments scheduled.
  • Providing Basic Product or Service Information: Offering general information and answering preliminary questions to spark interest.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering insights from prospects about their needs, challenges, or hesitations and passing this information to the sales or marketing team.
  • Assisting with Follow-Ups: Supporting the sales team in follow-up efforts, such as sending reminders and rescheduling as needed.



Requirements

These are the skills, attributes, and experience we're looking for in the right candidate:

  • 1.5 years of appointment-setting experience at a marketing or advertising agency. (B2B Experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skill and proficiency in English
  • Experience using CRMs, Project Management tools, etc. Self-starter, and problem-solver
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep accurate records
  • Emotional intelligence with the ability to adjust your communication style based on the nature of the call.
  • The ability to build lasting first impressions and relationships with customers.
  • Coachable - able to receive and respond to productive, critical feedback of work performance
  • Takes full responsibility for delivering client results. Our team members "don't sleep" if client rankings are down - this often leads to innovation with our marketing efforts
  • ​Must demonstrate personal and professional discipline especially related to a remote work environment
  • ​Self-sufficient, problem solver. We rely on our team to get the job done with little hand-holding



Structure & Compensation

  • Full-time position and fully remote
  • Salary range is US $1500 - $2000/Monthly (Depends on experience)
  • OTE is $6000 - $7000 (monthly) 


Job Type: Full Time, USD, Remote, Marketing, Advertising. Talents outside the US/CA are welcome.
