Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Closer for one of our clients! They specialize in digital marketing for real estate wholesalers and flippers. They help get a jam-packed schedule with motivated sellers and buyers who need to sell their property and can close in a quick time span. The company is a lean team of 5 members and is on pace to scale & grow over the next year.
The founder used to run an in-house cold-calling team as a real estate investor himself & discovered a better way to generate consistent leads and scale the business via online advertising. Since then he has developed an agency that is helping clients across the country with motivated sellers for real estate. They screen every lead before sending it to the client & only provide closeable deals. They also provide a guarantee that clients only pay if they close deals, making it a no-brainer for real estate investors.
Your role would involve taking inbound leads, consulting with different prospects, following up, and effectively closing sales. The company can give you the right marketing knowledge and training but cannot provide the right attitude and mindset. Their team culture is energetic, driven, self-resilient, creative, and friendly. They collaborate and help each other grow and succeed. You will receive daily training to refine your art.
Structure & Compensation
- Full Time & Fully Remote Position
- Working hours can be flexible ie 9 to 5 in your timezone
but during business hours
- 5 - 10 appointments per day (No Cold Calling)
- Tiered commission structure based on targets achieved monthly :
-> $0 -$25,000 - 10%
-> $25,000 - $50,000 - 15%
-> $50,000 - $60,000 - 20%
- Average closing ratio right now over 30% closing ratio on
appointments that show up for the call!
- On Target Earnings: $8,000 to $10,000 USD Earning Potential Per Month!
- Independent Contractor Based Position but seeking a long-term team member
Solution Details
- Package 1: $5200 up front feel + $387/mo for CRM + Facebook Ad Spend + $1,000 on the back after every deal closes. 1k flat fee after every deal closes into perpetuity. They generate all of the leads from Facebook
- Package 2: $0 up front + $5,000/mo min to Facebook + 50% of the deal profits after closing
What This Opportunity Entails
- Taking Introductory calls to qualify potential new clients
- Taking Demo calls to showcase the product and close new clients
- Respond to new leads and get them on a call
- Providing ongoing feedback on lead quality to the marketing department
- Following up with leads from our pipeline in the past
- Miscellaneous tasks relating to client sales, as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience mandatory in a sales position
- NEQP sales training experience is preferred
- Transferable Sales Experience, B2B Preferred & High Ticket Closing
- Real Estate Investing is highly preferred
- Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
- Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever --changing schedules
- Creative -- you find yourself coming up with new creative ideas
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
