This multi-year development involves complex structures, deep excavation, and high-risk methodologies, offering an exceptional opportunity for a proven Safety Leader to shape safety performance across a flagship build.


About the Opportunity


You will provide safety leadership across a major high-rise structure, partnering closely with the Construction Manager, Project Director, and Head Office HSE function. This role suits a senior professional who thrives in large-scale, complex environments.


Essential Requirements


• Demonstrated jump & structural experience

• Strong background in high-rise commercial towers or major structures

• Previous Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 builder experience

• Ability to manage contractor interfaces and external relationships

• Strong influencing, coaching, and leadership capability

• Open to candidates from any Australian city willing to relocate
