Civitas Talent is partnering with a well-established national organisation seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to step into a critical contract role.

This is a true partnering position requiring a confident HR professional who can hit the ground running, provide trusted advice to leaders, and manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end.

You will work closely with leadership teams to deliver strategic and operational HR support, interpret workforce data, and implement practical people solutions aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver proactive HR and workforce solutions

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance and case management

• Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning activities

• Analyse people metrics and business trends to inform decision making

• Influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships across the business

• Ensure HR policies, compliance and best practice approaches are consistently applied

About You

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor

• Strong capability managing complex ER matters independently

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, geographically dispersed organisations

• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Available to commence immediately or on very short notice
