Talent Acquisition Contractor – Immediate Start


Location: Sydney | Hybrid (WFH and Onsite)

Contract: 3–6 Month Duration


We’re partnering with a high-growth organisation that’s seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Contractor to join their team and deliver recruitment across a variety of business-critical roles.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to go to market for top talent using all available sourcing tools and networks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and define briefs
  • Write compelling job ads and generate strong applicant flow
  • Leverage sourcing tools, networks, and referrals to attract talent
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunting techniques to engage passive candidates
  • Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • Ensure best practice recruitment processes and ATS updates


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience in internal recruitment or RPO environments
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage a busy recruitment desk with competing priorities
  • Skilled in direct search, talent pooling, and headhunting
  • Confident communicator, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Immediate availability or short notice period
