We are partnering with a large, values-driven organisation to appoint a Workers Compensation & Injury Management Lead.
This role is responsible for managing complex workers compensation claims, supporting injured employees, and driving effective RTW outcomes across NSW and QLD.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex NSW LPR scheme claims and select QLD claims
- Develop and monitor RTW and Suitable Duties plans
- Proactively manage high-risk and long-duration claims
- Partner with insurers, brokers, rehabilitation providers and legal stakeholders
- Analyse claims data, premiums and cost trends
- Prepare reports and insights for senior leaders
Ideal background
- 3+ years’ experience within the NSW workers compensation scheme (LPR required)
- Experience in injury management, claims, RTW or related HR/ER roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor
