Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Inbound Sales Closer for one of our clients! They specialize in helping dental practices break into the untapped Spanish-speaking market. They understand the immense potential that lies within this market segment, particularly for practices offering Dental Implants or Aligners. Our client’s mission is to provide dental practices with a predictable and guaranteed flow of new Spanish-speaking patients who are in need of these services. Currently, the company has 13 team members.
The founder's deep-rooted connection to the dental industry began at an early age as the son of a maxillofacial surgeon. The company brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to the table. The founder’s intimate understanding of the needs and challenges faced by dental practices has propelled him to develop a system that has transformed numerous clinics.

Structure & Compensation
- Part-Time Opportunity & Fully Remote
- 20-25 hours per week, flexible during north american business hours
- The goal is to ramp sales & inbound leads so the role becomes full time role in the near future
- On Target Earnings $6,000 - $10,000 USD a Month
- Independent Contractor Based Position; however seeking a permanent new team member
- Only warm & qualified leads that a setter gets on the calendar
- 45 Booked appointments per month
- Selling $6,000 packages at a 10% commission
- Current closing ratio 35%
- Expected 12-15 closed deals per month
- On average 1 weekly Sales Cycle
What This Opportunity Entails
- Taking Demo calls to showcase the product and close new clients that appointment setter books in your calendar
- Understand client's needs, and position packages that help solve their problems
- Presenting positive return on investment and revenue gains for clients with the implementation of this specific lead gen package
- Taking that Consultative Sales Approach
- Following up with old leads you spoke to and effectively trying to close them
Requirements
- Transferable Sales Experience, B2C, B2B & High Ticket Closing
- 2 + years of sales experience
- Being fluent in Spanish is a must as you will be speaking with Spanish-speaking clients
- Driven, Competitive, and Confident
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Coachable - you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Empathetic - can understand the client and relate with prospects
- Team player - you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Proactive - you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
- Self-starter - you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Must love sales and have excellent communication
