They are a rapidly growing Kratom company committed to providing high-quality and reliable Kratom products to the market. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and fitness-obsessed Account Executive to lead and pilot the fitness vertical.
The Account Executive - Fitness Vertical will identify, develop, and manage business relationships with key accounts in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, has a strong sales background, and is eager to take the initiative to drive the growth of fitness vertical.
We are looking for someone with a Fitness & Sales background who has experience background in selling physical products to specialty, mid-tier, and/or mass merchant retailers. And the sales experience is directly related to retail math, product positioning, and ideally, existing relationships with Fitness Distributors and Fitness retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target key fitness industry accounts, including gyms, supplement stores, personal trainers, and other related businesses.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target accounts, building trust and rapport to foster long-term partnerships.
- Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscape, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth within the fitness vertical.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the fitness industry.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management, utilizing data-driven insights to inform and optimize sales strategy.
- Represent a company at fitness industry trade shows, conferences, and events, showcasing our products and promoting brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive within the fitness supplement industry is a must.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience managing high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of the fitness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
- Results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements
The employee is often required to stand or sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Employees may be required to lift 10-50 lbs, at times.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
