They are an established coaching world-class consulting company for entrepreneurs looking to start and scale online marketing agencies . We will be connecting you to the mastermind community where you will have access to different offers from B2B lead generation, coaching, a.i, finance & more! Your role will involve scheduling, showing up inbound leads & closing them on services with a specific industry & client. You will manage a pipeline effectively all while working remotely!

Structure & Compensation


  • Full-Time Opportunities & Fully  Remote
  • Leads will be provided! - No Cold Prospecting
  • Working Hours range throughout the week, including
  • some evening shifts, weekends are optional
  • 5-7+  inbound leads appointments daily
  • Solution sizes range from $4000-$10,000+ (depending on client)
  • OTE 1st Year $90,000-$150,000/yr
  • 1099 position - Commission Based 


What This Job Entails


  • Relationship building, consulting & closing
  • Drawing out emotional painpoints in propsects 
  • Understanding the specific  market & industry
  • Facilitate the closing process
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients
  • Estimated 5 - 7 new inbound appointments per day;


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in sales, 
  • Preferred high ticket sales experience but not required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • This deal will require live critical thinking and problem-solving 
  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software and attention to detail. 
  • You understand that detail in admin = success in calls. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Flexible, ie if a customer has a question on an evening you’re able to answer your phone or book in a lead. 
  • Driven, hungry competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations - Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules 
  • Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
  • Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects
  • Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required 
  • Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you. 
  • Self-starter -- you are comfortable working independently, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision 
  • Motivated – you have the mindset and drive to continue to prospect despite any “No” that you might get. - Dependable – you know that everyone on the team needs extra support sometimes and you are right there to motivate and support your coworkers.
