Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Account Manager for one of our clients! They provide online lead generation services to HVAC companies that are seeking quality traffic and phone calls for their business. Our client’s purpose is serving local contractors with world-class Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Their founders were recently honored keynote speakers at the 9th Annual SEO Rockstars Conference.


Our client’s company has helped their clients double and even triple their monthly leads. They’ve ranked small businesses above the entrenched, behemoth companies in some of the most competitive cities in the US. Their team is fully committed to serving the HVAC industry and providing even more solutions for years to come. Due to rapid growth our client is looking for the next team member to join their team.


They are coaches in the premier SEO training programs, Fusion & OMG Machines. With thousands of students around the world, these programs have generated over $50 million in profit and are widely considered the utmost authority on the latest SEO techniques.


Responsibilities:

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients. They oversee client accounts,ensuring successful campaign execution, addressing concerns, and fostering strong client relationships. They also provide guidance and supervision to specialists working on the accounts.


  1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and understanding. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their objectives, address concerns, and provide updates on ongoing campaigns.
  2. Account Oversight and Troubleshooting: Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies by the specialist team, proofreading work, and ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards. Troubleshoot account-related issues, proactively identifying and resolving problems to maintain campaign performance.
  3. Day-to-Day Client Concerns: Address day-to-day client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively. Provide timely responses and solutions to client queries, coordinating with the specialist team when necessary.
  4. Monthly Meetings and Reporting: Lead monthly meetings with clients to review campaign performance, present insights, and discuss strategies for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing campaign results and recommendations.
  5. Technical SEO Oversight: Provide guidance and support to specialists in executing technical SEO tasks, ensuring compliance with best practices and client requirements. Review technical SEO audits and recommendations, overseeing their implementation.
  6. Client Retention and Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion, suggesting new strategies or services that align with client objectives. Work closely with the sales or business development team to retain clients and explore upselling opportunities.
  7. Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution: Act as the mediator in conflicts or issues between the agency and clients, working towards amicable resolutions. Mitigate and resolve crises or urgent situations that may arise within client accounts.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within the digital marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, particularly in SEO.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities


Structure & Compensation

9am - 6pm EST

Full-time position and fully remote!

Salary starts at $42000 - $82500 US (Depending on the number of Accounts Handled)
