Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager for one of our clients!
Our client is revolutionizing the solar industry with groundbreaking multi-patented solar racking solutions, designed to enhance installation efficiency and streamline operations for solar businesses across the U.S.
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and play a key sales role in expanding their national presence in the renewable energy sector.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated sales “hunter”. The Business Development Manager will build and grow a successful sales pipeline while fostering strong, long-lasting B2B relationships through self generated leads and leads provided by the Company’s marketing strategy.

Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time Remote Opportunity (Nationwide)
- W2 position
- OTE 1st Year: $200K/year
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
What This Job Entails
- New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B opportunities with solar installers, contractors, EPCs, and distributors across the U.S.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Target, prospect, build and manage a consistent sales pipeline, leading efforts from prospecting through to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Product Demonstrations & Sales Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of the solar racking system and its impact on the client’s operations.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Market & Industry Insight: Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the solar, renewable energy, or construction industries
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage full sales cycle, and close deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Travel (up to 20%) for trade shows, client visits, product demonstrations, and industry events
- Familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite, Apollo.io is preferred
