Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Outside Account Executive for one of our clients! They are a rapidly growing Real Estate Investing company based in Marietta, GA, dedicated to assisting motivated sellers in selling their properties quickly and efficiently. They pride themselves on their innovative approach, unmatched expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for their clients. If you're a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for real estate, we want you to join their team. They are a team of 10+ team members. Our client will present homeowners with a fair cash offer with no obligation and no fees. Homeowners will receive cash and NOT  have to wait 6 – 12 months to get your house sold. Our client was founded in 2017 & currently has a team of 15+ people.


Your role will involve scheduling showing up inbound leads, visiting clients & closing them on services. We are looking for a motivated outside sales representative. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and help clients achieve their real estate goals while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Structure & Compensation


  • Full-Time Opportunity Based in Marietta
  • Leads will be provided! - No Cold Prospecting
  • Working Hours range throughout the week, including
  • some evening shifts, weekends are optional 
  • 10% commission on net profit on each home closed on
  • $5,000 training pay up to the first 3 months
  • (can be adjusted for the right candidate)
  • On target earnings - $150,000-$200,000/yr
  • W2 position
  • More freedom vs corporate roles & an opportunity to
  • get into real estate without a license


What This Job Entails


  • Schedule on-site appointments from inbound leads
  • Drive out & secure purchase contract on properties 
  • Relationship building
  • Understanding market knowledge
  • Facilitate the closing process
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of motivated sellers
  • Estimated 3  new inbound appointments per day; throughout Atlanta
  • that are about an hour of time on each sales call in person
  • 50/50 time split between on the road &
  • at the office in Marietta, Georgia


Requirements


  • 2 + years of sales experience with a proven track
  • record of success in sales
  • Valid driver's license
  • No real estate license required
  • Proven track record of success closing
  • Flexible, ie if a customer has a question on an evening you’re able to answer your phone or book in a lead
  • Driven, hungry competitive, and confident with coaching
  • others and setting expectations
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • under ever-changing schedules 
  • Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push  yourself to get better and better
  • Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects
  • Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when  needed, and complete tasks as required 
  • Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of  waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.

  • Dependable – you know that everyone on the team needs extra support sometimes and you are right there to motivate and support your coworkers.
