Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Appointment Setters for one of our clients! Our client is the first-ever all-in-one platform designed to provide their clients with the tools, support, and resources they need to achieve unparalleled success. Their platform is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of chiropractors, empowering them to attract more customers, retain customers longer, and scale their business with ease. Their cutting-edge system integrates seamlessly with Facebook / Instagram Ads, and more, allowing clients to effortlessly follow up with leads and nurture them toward becoming loyal customers. Their team is comprised of 19+ people and growing fast; founded in 2022.


Your role would be to interact with leads that have opted and book calls for a

Structure & Compensation


  • Part & Full Time Opportunities Available 
  • Fully Remote 
  • $5/hr USD with a maximum of 160 hours per month
  • Minimum monthly commitment 100 hours a month
  • Full time team members base is $800 USD/month + bonus
  • Commission structure is based on daily number of highest appointments booked per team member. 
  • Total On Target Earnings $1100-$1300 USD per month
  • Independent Contractor role but seeking a long term team member
  • South/Central American Applicants Welcome


Requirements


  • Fluent in English
  • 1+ years of appointment setting experience is required ie booking in leads for a sales team to close
  • Calling inbound ONLY (no cold calling) leads that have opted in, purchased, or  scheduled calls with us
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to implement new ideas.
  • Driven, competitive, and confident with consulting others and setting expectations
  • Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
  • Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required 
  • Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
