Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for one of our clients!
Our client is a leading insurance agency located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, specializing in both personal and commercial lines insurance. They are dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to their clients and are committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to sell and service both personal and commercial lines, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will hold a Property and Casualty license at a minimum and have a strong background in sales and customer service.
Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time, Hybrid Opportunity (In-office/Remote)
- Competitive Base Salary + Attractive Commission Structure
- OTE 1st Year - $70,000, OTE 2nd Year - $100,000
- W2 position
What This Job Entails
- New Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation: Accountable for acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Needs Assessment: Identify client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance goals.
- Client Inquiries & Assistance: Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with insurance agency management software (e.g., EZLynx, Agency Zoom) is a plus
