Structure & Compensation 


  • Fully Remote, Growing Company with Opportunity for Advancement! 
  • 100% commission-based but part of the highest paying recruitment placement percentages in the industry
  • Pay is negotiable depending on experience, if bringing on any clients etc
  • Uncapped commission, A-Player team members can make $150,0000-200,000/yr+ USD
  • After 1 Placement; you get an assistant talent resourcer
  • We collect upfront retainers from client so no need to worry about contingency paid placements


Compensation Structure 


  • Tiered Structure Based on Revenue Collected
  • Pay can be negotiable if bringing on a portfolio of clients

->Tier 1: 50% 1 Placement Per Month

->Tier 2: 60% 2 Placement Per Month

->Tier 3: 70% 3 Placements Per Month



Objectives of This Opportunity


  • Client Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and generate new client leads for our recruitment services.
  • Prospect Identification: Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential clients within target industries and geographical locations.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their hiring needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to assess their recruitment needs, provide insights on market trends, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services and address client-specific requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements, overcome objections, and secure new client contracts.
  • Sourcing and Attraction: utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Interview Coordination and Evaluation: schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Recruitment Process Management: update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.


Qualifications 


  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter or similar role
  • Strong Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information, listen actively, and address client needs.
  • Networking Skills: Proficient in networking and establishing connections with potential clients through various channels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the recruitment industry, including knowledge of hiring trends, talent acquisition strategies, and common challenges faced by organizations.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to drive decision-making and enhance client acquisition strategies.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using recruitment software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
