Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Client Success Manager for one of our clients! They are a leading provider of comprehensive and cutting-edge digital marketing solutions specifically tailored for the real estate industry. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional results to their clients through strategic planning, innovative campaigns, and data-driven insights. With the expertise and deep understanding of the real estate market, they help their clients achieve their marketing goals, drive targeted traffic, and generate high-quality leads.


Client Success Manager is the liaison between the agency and its clients. Your role will involve onboarding clients, following up with them weekly, giving excellent customer service, and communicating with the media buyers' team. Are you an energetic, empathetic, people person that is seeking an opportunity to positively impact the success of others? Structure & Compensation


  • Full-Time Position 
  • Working hours are from 10am to 6pm CST
  • 100% Fully Remote Opportunity!
  • Salary Range $36,000 - $60,000 USD per year (depends on experience)
  • Independent Contractor Position



What This Job Entails


  • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of the services
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term client retention and loyalty
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring the marketing team is implementing client assets
  • Communicating with the media buyers to get the best results for the clients
  • Providing world-class customer service
  • Enhancing the clients' experience 


As a Client Success Manager, your dedication to building strong client relationships, driving results, and providing exceptional service will be instrumental in the success of this role.


Requirements


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in client success / project management or account management role
  • Relevant Real Estate experience preferred but not required
  • Experience using CRMs, Zoom, Google apps
  • Previous experience working in B2B sales is a plus
  • A driven, dedicated teammate with creative ideas to inspire customer adoption
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Outgoing, empathetic, confident
  • Mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
  • Willing to become the authority in situations and set expectations 
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
  • Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
