HSE Advisor – Manufacturing | Yatala Location | Up to $120K Package

Join a respected national organisation operating in the industrial manufacturing sector. With a strong focus on operational safety, innovation, and compliance, this business is seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to support one of its key production sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide WHS guidance and support across the site to ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive safety culture and awareness.
• Support continuous improvement in safety systems, reporting, and site safety performance.

About You:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations.
• Certificate IV in WHS essential; Diploma or higher WHS qualifications desirable.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Practical and proactive approach with a strong eye for detail and process improvement.
• Able to work independently and contribute positively to a safety-first culture.
