Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing workflows, processes, and technology across service, accounting, warehouse, and delivery departments at all locations to ensure maximum efficiency and top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the President and General Manager to create and implement growth and profitability initiatives.
- Communicate and implement initiatives to the management team.
- Work with management to continuously improve efficiency and processes.
- Develop standard procedures to ensure high efficiency and customer service.
- Gather feedback from management and employees on workflows and processes.
- Monitor and recommend improvements for operational systems and practices.
- Review, update, and implement employee training programs.
- Collaborate with Accounting to create budgets, set goals, and review financial statements.
- Ensure vendor and customer accounts are current.
- Oversee month-end close for all departments.
- Maintain professional banking relationships.
- Enforce workplace policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Prepare and process required state and federal reports.
- Negotiate company insurance policies.
- Resolve escalated issues and make decisions under pressure.
- Maintain professional composure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Handle tasks with discretion and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, especially in difficult situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Communicate expectations and evaluate job results to meet company quality goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
- Adhere to and train staff on safety regulations.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and motivational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software, inventory software, payroll software, and database software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6-8 years of operations management experience, preferably in retail
Compensation
· Full-time
· OTE 1st year $110,000+/yr
· Bonus potential
· W-2
