They are a rapidly growing Real Estate Investing company based in Marietta, GA, dedicated to assisting motivated sellers in selling their properties quickly and efficiently. Your role will be in charge of visiting potential clients & closing them. Are you persistent, independent, patient, understanding, and the most competitive person you know? Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and help clients achieve their real estate goals while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time Opportunity Based in Marietta
- Leads will be provided!
- Working Hours range throughout the week, including some evening shifts and weekends are optional
- $60,000 - $70,000 base + 5% commission on net profit
- OTE 1st Year $120,000-$150,000/yr
- W2 position

Requirements
- 2 + years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with no driving convictions
- Flexible, i.e., if a customer has a question on an evening, you’re able to answer your phone or book a lead
- Driven, hungry, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
- Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects
- Team player -- you can collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Motivated – you have the mindset and drive to continue prospecting despite any “No” you might get.
- Dependable – you know that everyone on the team needs extra support sometimes, and you are right there to motivate and support your coworkers.
