Tasks & responsibilities
As the HR Specialist you will report directly into the Head of HR and manage a range of key deliverables including:
- Advising on legislative awards and interpretation
- Be the main point of contact for contracts, WHS and other HR requirements
- Support audit and compliance
- Mentoring a junior administrator
Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this exciting new opportunity, you will have:
- Min 3+ years as an HR or ER Coordinator position or similar
- Exposure to labor laws and awards
- Strong attention to detail
- Approachable and strong communication skills
