We are representing a leading organisation in the entertainment sector, currently seeking an experienced and strategic Head of People & Culture to lead the function and shape the future of its people strategy.


This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment. You’ll be partnering with an executive team and leading HR across both production and corporate functions, with a strong focus on engagement, culture, change, and operational HR delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and deliver the end-to-end People & Culture strategy across the organisation
  • Act as a trusted adviser to the executive leadership team, influencing business direction through a people-first lens
  • Lead employee relations and industrial relations matters with confidence and sensitivity
  • Embed initiatives focused on organisational culture, talent development, and leadership capability
  • Provide strategic workforce planning and support during times of change and transformation
  • Coach and guide leaders at all levels across people practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal frameworks


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:


  • Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally as a Head of People & Culture or equivalent
  • Strong ER/IR experience with the ability to manage complexity within casual and freelance-heavy workforces
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building credibility and trust at all levels
  • Proven ability to lead both strategy and operations with a hands-on, adaptable approach
  • Experience within the media, entertainment, or creative sectors is highly desirable
