Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for one of our clients! They are a locally owned and operated company specializing in interior and exterior residential as well as commercial painting projects. They offer interior and exterior painting, decking, flooring & fencing. They are a team of 10+ team members & are onboarding their next sales team members!
Your role will involve scheduling inbound leads, visiting clients & closing them on services requested. Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time Opportunity Based in Atlanta
- All warm leads provided (no cold calling!)
- $45,000 base + 5% commission on gross profit
- OTE 1st Year $80,000-$85,000/yr
- OTE 2nd Year $100,000/yr+
- W2 position, can opt in for health benefits
- Company truck provided & all expenses paid!
- Working Hours range throughout the week, including
- some evening shifts, weekends are optional
What This Job Entails
- Schedule estimates from inbound leads
- Drive out & quote jobs based on company formulas of cost/profit
- Sell jobs & win over competitor bids
- Very minimal project management but lot’s of follow up
Requirements
- 1 + years of sales experience preferred bot not required
- Valid drivers license
- Driven, hungry competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
- Doesnt mind driving around to see clients in the region
- Flexible, ie if a customer has a question on an evening you’re able to answer your phone or book in a lead
- Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Motivated – you have the mindset and drive to continue to prospect despite any “No” that you might get.
- Dependable – you know that everyone on the team needs extra support sometimes and you are right there to motivate and support your coworkers.
