Our client specializes in primarily women's high-end cashmere sweaters but also other women's clothing. Our client is located right in Doral.
With a dedicated team of nine, our client is now on the lookout for an Operations Manager, a key player who will help drive their ambitious growth plans and elevate their brand to new heights. Structure & Compensation
- Full Time, In-Office
- Salary $90,000 to $125,000 a year (Depends on Experience)
- Bonus structure involved
- OTE Can Reach North of $125,000+ Per Year with bonus structure

As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, elevating, and improving the day-to-day operations of our client’s company and their client fulfillment. This opportunity is not limited to strategic planning, financial analysis, leading meetings, coaching and developing teams, problem-solving, improving policies and procedures, and working with their team to help strategize and implement growth projects.

You are a highly organized, data-driven, systems thinker who has years of experience leading teams and solving operational problems within organizations. Requirements
- 5 years + of experience in management, operations, leading and developing teams, and business leadership required.
- Past experience in the garment or fashion industry
- Strong command of warehouse & supply chain knowledge
- Previous experience helping scale overall company operations.
- Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit or who have run their own multi-unit or complex businesses are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with selling on Amazon FBA or Shopify is plus!
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision.
- Responsible for the daily operational best practices regarding fulfillment of retail partners and ecommerce orders, open order review, inventory management, and strategy.
- Manage the “back-office” team to consistently deliver timely, accurate, complete and high-margin processing of all customer orders and inventory flows from receipt of goods through invoicing through to collection of monies owed to the company.
- Lead team members in organizing, communicating, and improving work process flow with open items, operational tasks, and weekly game plans.
- Facilitate, support, and participate in all operational activities.
- Confidence and ability to jump in and do the work that needs to be done.
- Develop, share, and implement ideas to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Support all key business initiatives and strategies and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Open invitation to propose and cultivate new business / key clients/ create profitable new partnerships.
- Develop business relationships with existing vendors and customers through a high level of professional communication and behaviors - written and verbal.
- Responsible for recruiting new talent, new hires as needed, annual reviews, disciplinary assessments and terminations.
- Review and help improve processes for product development and sales samples to streamline costs and improve bottom line.
- Participate in seasonal buy plans offering perspective on reorder history, inventory positions, and order fulfillment by product categories.
- Review inventory records in ERP to ensure accurate reflection of inventory flows and complete receiving documentation.
- Project management skills to create and update Compliance Manual that identifies sample and production requirements for factories and vendors.
- Create a Company Employee Manual with policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring that all inventory is properly warehoused, maintained and identified.
- Provide owners with weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
- Support ownership in required aspects of the business as they arise.
