Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Inbound Sales Closer for one of our clients! They provide a complete system that helps real estate agents close more sales through a process of online lead generation, live transfers & sales automations. They offer a minimum lead guarantee to real estate agents making it an ideal lead generation solution that can help scale their business. Delivering a great core offering has led to tons of successful real estate agents that have used their marketing program!

With a guarantee of 30 live transfers per month; this will increase the likely hood of converting 5X over Zillow leads (popular real estate marketing source)

Each real estate agent will get their own lead management system & a free training resource center to help level up!

Structure & Compensation

• Full Time Opportunity & Fully Remote 
• On Target Earnings $8000 USD a Month in the first 6 months,

6-12 months + $12,000 USD+ 

• Working Hours are North American Business Hours
• Independent Contractor Based Position; however seeking a permanent new team member 
• Roughly 30 to 45 inbounds booked per week (no cold calling) plus leads that a setter gets on the calendar. Appointments have a 50% show up rate

What This Job Entails

• Taking warm Inbound Leads with a focus on a 1 call close
• Following up with all leads that do not close, nurturing them to eventually get a sale
• Calling Prospects who missed their appointment to rebook them
• Continual growth and learning as a Sale Professional
• Being a part of a growing Team and amazing culture

Requirements

• Transferable Sales Experience, B2C, B2B & High Ticket Closing Preferred 
• 2 + years of sales experience preferred, 
• Driven, Competitive, and Confident 
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Coachable - you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Empathetic - can understand the client and relate with prospects
• Team player - you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required 
• Proactive - you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
• Self-starter - you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision 
• Must love sales and have great communication
