Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Executive for one of our clients! They are helping real estate agents to automate and simplify their CRM and marketing systems by using their plug and play ready to use templates and processes. It is based on the backend of Go High Level software systems. They work from anywhere in the world. They do not track hours. They believe that you should be paid based on your value. Not your time. They have worked with over 200 clients in less than 2 years as a new start-up with their digital agency division that grew to over 25 full-time team members. The founders created this new software company and is great for someone that wants to be one of the initial team members and grow within. Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time & Fully Remote Opportunity!
- Selling a $197usd Per Month with a set up fee package or $2,000usd upfront with no set up fee cost yearly software package + upsells (see further below)
- Packages, offers and pricing can range and vary from time to time.
- $200 USD per close if monthly commitment, and $400USD per close if yearly subscription. This is negotiable based on results, and the type of offers we launch over time. The commission per close can vary.
- Expecting to close at least 30 customers per month based on the volume of leads we can generate from our marketing and network.
- Avg projected monthly income could vary from $5,000 to $10,000 USD + Per Month.
- Inbound leads (20-35 a week) - no cold calling but be prepared to follow up with old leads.
- Flexible full time hours based on your time zone, ie 9 am to 6 pm
- Bonuses can also be provided based on key performance indicators achieved
- Independent Contractor-Based Position - However seeking long-term team member
The sales rep would be talking to real estate agents who have a gap in their business that is not allowing them to scale. This gap could be multiple different things that the rep needs to uncover by asking the right questions. It could be a software problem, branding issue, systems issue, lead gen issue, not enough staff, the agent has a horrible brand, the agent doesn't have a website, the agent isn't making videos, the agent wants coaching, there's so many ways to upsell and cross sell.
- Social Agency Academy - $997 - Channel Launch - $5,000
- Channel launch + coaching $10,000 - Content & lead Generation $5,000
Requirements
- 3+ years of years sales experience
- Experience within the real estate industry is a must ie selling lead gen solutions to realtors as an example
- High ticket/SaaS experience welcome but not required!
- Preferred experience using Go High Level but not required
- Have strong relationship-building and development experience to consistently nurture, engage and convert prospects
- Understands & has the ability to 1-2 call close
- Strong ability to be a "switch hitter." Sometimes the relationship calls are an upbeat approach which emphasizes the upsides and the exciting opportunity. Other time, the relationship calls emphasizes trusting us and our ability to go right into the nitty-gritty details and build confidence. Being able to identify which route to take would be essential for this role
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and internal innovations and communicate these to prospective clients

- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Coachable - you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better

- Self-starter - you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Must love sales and have great communication skills
Qualifications To Apply
- Must be willing to commit full time for the company only.
- No Outside jobs. No other outside clients. No freelance.
- You must have very good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Love for technology and software.
- Management experience working with teams and various projects
- Be open for emergency support during weekends and holidays.
- Be open for communication over weekends for urgent matters/questions.
- Be open for emailing back leads over weekends to ensure correct day/time has been set up for appointments for the coming Monday

- NO HOUR TRACKING - which provides you with the benefits of having time freedom, flexibility with how many hours you work in a day, and when you may take a break/time off for lunch, travel, family time, etc. They are not going to track your hours. If you work 1 hour more or less in a day, it does not affect your pay. They provide time freedom, schedule, and work flexibility.
- Paid Holidays - They are not going to cut your pay during time off on national holidays such as Christmas and New Year etc.
- Time Off Requests - If you require some time off due to sickness, travel, or plans, please provide 2-3 days of notice to your team and to your client. The company will not deduct payments for 1-2 days of time off.
- Flexible Check-ins & Check-outs - You must check in to work between 7-9 am MST and check out by 5-7 pm MST. (Again, flexible check-in and check-out times based on your time zone!)

Our client is a ground-floor startup, with a small team, and no current KP’s in place & the Sales Executive would need to be excited to work in a start-up environment and be involved in the building & testing processes. The sales executive will be working with 2 successful entrepreneurs who have the fastest growing real estate team in Canada, the biggest youtube channel in the industry for social media for realtors, and over 30K agents in our programs so the opportunity is highly valuable with $0 revenue but knowing that we can build this into a multiple 7 figure company and they will be greatly rewarded for it in the long run.
