Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an SEO Specialist for one of our clients! They provide online lead generation services to HVAC companies that are seeking quality traffic and phone calls for their business. Our client’s purpose is to serve local contractors with world-class Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Their founders were recently honored keynote speakers at the 9th Annual SEO Rockstars Conference. They currently have 15+ team members & are growing!
Our client’s company has helped their clients double and even triple their monthly leads. They’ve ranked small businesses above the entrenched, behemoth companies in some of the most competitive cities in the US. Their team is fully committed to serving the HVAC industry and providing even more solutions for years to come. Due to rapid growth, our client is looking for the next team member to join their team.
They are coaches in the premier SEO training programs, Fusion & OMG Machines. With thousands of students around the world, these programs have generated over $50 million in profit and are widely considered the utmost authority on the latest SEO techniques.
Structure & Compensation
- Full-time position and fully remote!
- Flexible hours - non-timezone dependent
- Salary starts at $60,000-$75,000 USD + Bonus
- This is a 1099 Contractor position for the first 90 days and then
- switches to a W-2 position
- Reimbursement for health and dental insurance

Compensation Plan
- Compensation plan built to reward team members. After you hit around 27 clients plus, you would receive a bonus each month of 10% revenue for taking in more clients & upsells. You can receive bonuses when you become a team lead & manage other SEO Specialists which brings the compensation closer to $85,000/yr+
What This Opportunity Entails
- Account management & SEO related work
- Identifying and systemizing SEO techniques that will increase map rankings and radius
- Removing all clients from the “troubleshooting” list within a maximum of 60-days
- Increasing client calls to achieve a 10x ROI calculated by standard conversion metrics (approximately 60 calls per month)
- Assist in optimizing and monitoring client’s properties
- Manage virtual assistants and content writers to create client ranking pages
- Researching and testing new SEO techniques; full support provided by the media buying team
- Their internal team spends a lot of time analyzing results from clients, tweaking their process, and communicating this to the client
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of SEO experience (focus on Google Maps preferred)
- Experience of 1 + years working in a digital agency is required
- 1-2 years of SEO experience (focus on Google Maps preferred)
- Experience of 1 + years working in a digital agency in account management or agency is required
- Strong communication skills - able to explain SEO in simple terms, able to empathize and relate to clients
- Ability to pick up new concepts quickly (especially involving technology)
- Drive - motivation to win & succeed
- The role involves a mixture of SEO work & engaging with clients
- Coachable - able to receive and respond to productive, critical feedback on work performance
- Takes full responsibility for delivering client results. Our team members "don't sleep" if client rankings are down - this often leads to innovation with our SEO process
- Must be plugged into the SEO community
- Must demonstrate an interest in personal development, staying updated on the latest SEO techniques, and taking courses
- Well-organized, critical thinker, must be a hard worker who doesn’t require any hand-holding
- Must be intelligent, proactive, persistent & growth oriented
- Our client is seeking someone that regularly invests into personal development, certifications to master their craft and become the best version of themselves
