Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Account Executive for one of our clients!

We are looking for a talented sales professional to drive national sales, support existing customers, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will monitor industry trends to spot emerging markets and develop strategies to capture these opportunities. Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time Remote Opportunity
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
- OTE 1st Year - $110,000 - $215,000/yr
- W2 position
What This Job Entails
- New Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation: Accountable for acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls to uncover and address business challenges that our solutions can solve.
- Exceed Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly revenue targets, building a consistent downstream pipeline.
- Scoping & Implementation: Understand prospects' needs to develop accurate scoping and success criteria for successful implementation.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective B2B customers.
- Sales Process Expertise: Understand the sales process and competitors, serving as a customer-facing expert in these product areas.
- Collaborative Development: Work collaboratively across the organization to help shape our products and solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience in an outbound function
- Proven ability to source pipeline effectively
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and close business
- Ability to think critically and strategically in diverse situations
- Proven track record of success and high performance
- Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
- Self-starter capable of driving business results independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements. Start-up experience is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus
