We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Jayce Grayye Consulting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills.
Structure & Compensation
- 100% Fully Remote & Full Time Opportunity!
- Booking & Setting Appointments.
- OTE $2,000-$4,000USD a month
- $600 a month base to start first 30 days
- After 30 Day probation passes -> 800/month salary
- After 60 Day probation passes -> 1000/month salary
- After 90 Day probation passes -> 1200/month salary
- Working hours North American business hours
- Opportunity for advancement
Requirements
- 1 year + B2B appointment setting preferred
- Skilled in developing relationships with exceptional interpersonal attributes.
- Calling a minimum of 150 dials.
- Proven track record of success.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to implement new ideas.
- Someone who brings their heart and passion to the job and always arrives focused and ready to serve.
- Driven, competitive, and confident with consulting others and setting expectations - Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly plus yourself to get better and better
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
