Join Professional Recruitment Australia (PRA) as a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, working with our team of senior account managers to help delivery the best talent for our IT clients across Victoria! We are a busy branch, with a wide range of well-known clients, and need someone to help support our team with the work we have running.

About the opportunity

• Join PRA, a national Digital & IT recruitment business with offices in Melbourne Sydney and Brisbane
• Work across a mix of contract and permanent placements in one of the busiest sectors in the market
• You'll assist with a range of roles in technology, from development to data, architecture to project services, and more

The role

• Source and screen candidates against live briefs using our database, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn and Lusha
• Build and manage a talent pipeline for a specific specialisation or client account
• Support the end-to-end process: interviews, reference checks, offer management
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM (JobAdder)

What you'll bring

• Minimum experience 1-2 years in recruitment, or a similar sales or HR based role/environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working to deadlines and juggling multiple open roles at once
• Genuinely curious about people and what makes them tick professionally
• Prior recruitment, resourcing, or high-volume administrative/customer service experience is a plus
