Food Service Management (Remote)
Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Director Of Business Development for one of our clients! Our client has been best known for creating nourishing food environments through great-tasting and wholesome meals, made from genuine ingredients. We seek a high-performing, experienced Director Of Business Development to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping their company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing their sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. Seeking a big new challenge? Structure & Compensation
- Full Time & Fully Remote
- $130,000 - $150,000 USD Base Salary
- (depending on experience) + Commission.
- Bonus if you have a history in healthcare or in higher education experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies, meet targets, and manage sales processes independently.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and market growth goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve sales processes, foster internal and external relationships, and ensure overall success.
- Research and implement growth strategies and competitor practices.
- Direct sales force effectiveness, manage portfolios and drive sustained sales growth.
- Foster relationships internally for additional market growth and comprehensive solutions.
- Communicate key information with senior leadership, update CRM, and attend client meetings to fulfill bid requirements.
Requirements
- 5 years of sales experience
- At least 3 years selling contract food service management solutions to Healthcare institutions.
- Understanding of P & L.
- Previous experience closing complex public and private multimillion-dollar contracts for vended food services or cafeteria management solutions.
- Ability to demonstrate proven success negotiating contracts on a national and global scale.
- Experience with discovering, analyzing, and assessing RFPs/RFIs;
- A strong strategic thinker around workplace solutions and improving "hit and close" rate with the right clients;
- Comfortable directing other leaders in a high-volume business.
- Possess unparalleled persuasion, sales influence, and closing skills.
