A Government organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an Enterprise Renewal and Transformation Program. This role is suited to a high-calibre BA who operates beyond traditional requirements gathering-someone who can lead problem definition, shape solutions, and influence delivery outcomes across complex business and technology initiatives.

You will work across a portfolio of strategic projects spanning enterprise system upgrades, integrations, and new capability delivery, partnering closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders. 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience (Senior level) within complex enterprise environments, ideally across large-scale enterprise transformation or enterprise system implementation programs.
  • Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories (where applicable), and acceptance criteria
  • Experience working on enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, asset management, finance, or integration-heavy environments)
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, API, data flows, and dependencies, with the ability to engage effectively with architects and technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience working across business and technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience supporting testing phases, including defining acceptance criteria and supporting UAT
