About the Role
Lead a major enterprise ITSM transformation, replacing a legacy platform with ServiceNow. This is a high-impact program focused on modernising service management, improving efficiency, and enhancing user experience.
You’ll own end-to-end delivery, including design, integrations, data migration, and change.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the full project lifecycle (selection → implementation → operations)
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendors
- Manage risks, budgets, and delivery milestones
- Report to senior stakeholders and steering committees
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. CPS230, PCI-DSS)
About You
- Proven experience delivering ITSM / ServiceNow programs
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Experience in complex, regulated environments
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe (or similar) preferred
- Skilled in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams
