We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering innovative digital initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned BA with strong Waterfall delivery experience and end-to-end business analysis expertise to work across complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative environment. 

Key Requirements

10+ years demonstrated experience working as an IT / Digital Business Analyst, including gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, assisting in the preparation of business cases and market investigation documents such as EOI’s & RFP’s, assist in testing documentation and activities, and experience in documenting business process mapping changes using swim lane diagrams and other workflow diagrams.

  • Must have technical and digital-focused project experience.
  • In the last 5 years has worked on either one or many of the following types of projects:
  • Website transformation projects
  • Website customer engagement projects
  • CMS project implementations – in particular, SiteCore
  • CRM project implementations – in particular, MS Dynamics CRM
  • Digital Forms Enterprise platform
  • Digital Business Process Improvement projects
  • Skills and knowledge in the underlying technologies of any of the technologies detailed above. 
  • Fully conversant with waterfall methodology, with demonstrated experience within the last 5 years.
