Jayce Grayye is seeking a Client Success Manager for one of our clients! They specialize in providing marketing services for Windows and Doors companies. They solve website, optimization, and online advertising challenges, so their clients can grow. Their goal is to help increase their client's sales and grow their revenue by fully maximizing their lead flow online.

They are looking for a proactive, hands-on Client Success Manager with strong communication skills and the right blend of technical expertise and experience in client success.

They are growing fast and looking to hire immediately!

What This Job Entails:

• Respond to user support inquiries via Email, Text, Calls and Zoom Calls
• Conduct onboarding and launch calls with new users
• Overall client relationship management
• Provide daily live support calls (Mon-Fri)
• Keep Customer Success Scorecards up-to-date
• Work hours are 9 am - 6 pm EST

Requirements

These are the skills, attributes, and experience we're looking for in the right candidate:

• 1.5 years of client success management experience at a marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience using Go High Level, Slack, Asana, Spreadsheets, etc
• Self-starter, and problem-solver
• Experience handling 30-50 accounts
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep accurate records
• Emotional intelligence with the ability to adjust your communication style based on the nature of the call.
• The ability to build lasting first impressions and relationships with customers.
• Coachable - able to receive and respond to productive, critical feedback of work performance
• Takes full responsibility for delivering client results. Our team members "don't sleep" if client rankings are down - this often leads to innovation with our marketing efforts
• ​Must demonstrate personal and professional discipline especially related to a remote work environment
• ​Self-sufficient, problem solver. We rely on our team to get the job done with little hand-holding

Structure & Compensation

• Full-time position and fully remote
• Compensation range starts at $18000 - $30000/year + Bonuses for overseas talent
• Compensation range starts at $41000 - $58000/y + Bonuses for overseas talent
• $300 USD Bonus per each service upsell from the clients you have built a relationship with (No Cap)
• Retention Bonus where you can make $2000 - $3000 every quarter for hitting 95%
• On Target Earning is $70,000

Client Success Managers serve as the critical link between the agency and its clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day interactions. Their responsibilities encompass client retention, managing projects, and ensuring the success of each client relationship. In collaboration with sales, fulfillment, and leadership teams, they work to deliver outstanding results and an exceptional client experience.
