Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Inbound Sales Closer for one of our clients! They are a digital marketing agency that provides a simple and effective solution for real estate investors & gym owners who struggle with inconsistent growth. Their reliable frameworks ensure the assurance of new clients closed. By cutting out gimmicks and focusing on predictable results, they help clients achieve consistent growth without depleting their cash reserves. They will guarantee investors at least 18 Booked Clients or they will do the work for free - so ZERO risk for them. Our client is a start-up that is scaling to 6+ team members over the next few months.

Structure & Compensation
- Fully Remote Opportunity
- 25-35 hours a week time commitment to start
- Working hours can be flexible but be prepared to take calls during business hours in US timezones
- On Target Earnings $6,000 - $8000 USD a Month
- Independent Contractor Based Position; however seeking a permanent new team member
- 20 Booked appointments per week to start (no cold calling)
- Selling $2,500 package at 20% commission minimum
- $600 - $900 per sale (sliding scale)
- Current closing ratio 35%
- Expected 10-12 closed deals per month
- On average 2-3 days sales cycle
What This Opportunity Entails
- Taking Demo calls to showcase the product and close new clients
- Understand clients needs, position packages that helps solve their problems
- Presenting positive return on investment and revenue gains for client with the implementation of this specific lead gen package
- Taking that Consultative Sales Approach
- Following up with old leads you spoke to and effectively trying to close them
Requirements
- Transferable Sales Experience, B2C, B2B & High Ticket Closing
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Driven, Competitive, and Confident
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Coachable - you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Empathetic - can understand the client and relate with prospects
- Team player - you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Proactive - you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
- Self-starter - you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Must love sales and have excellent communication
