Client Success Manager - Software - Dance Studios

Jayce Grayye is seeking a Client Success Manager for one of our clients!  They are #1 Growth & Reputation Accelerator for dance studios, swim schools and after-school programs worldwide! They built the company to service the needs within their own dance studio, and now they want to pass along their successes to the rest of the dance studios world wide!

Our client’s company is an all-in-one dance studio software program that helps studio owners worldwide capture more website enrollments, reduce task load, & elevate brand reputation almost entirely on auto-pilot, and they are on the lookout for a Client Success Manager to join their remote team and provide exceptional support for their users!

They are growing fast and looking to hire immediately!

What This Job Entails

• Respond to user support inquiries via Email.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new users.
• Provide daily live support calls (Mon-Fri) within our Facebook Group & Zoom.
• Keep Customer Success Scorecards up-to-date
• Work hours are 9am - 5pm EST

Requirements

These are the skills, attributes, and experience we're looking for in candidates:

• Two years of customer service experience or account management experience in a software company.
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
• Some teaching or admin experience at a US-based dance studio is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (i.e. Google Calendar) preferred.
• Emotional intelligence with the ability to adjust your communication style based on the nature of the call.
• The ability to build lasting first impressions and relationships with customers.
• Coachable - able to receive and respond to productive, critical feedback of work performance
• Takes full responsibility for delivering client results. Our team members "don't sleep" if client rankings are down - this often leads to innovation with our marketing efforts
• ​Must demonstrate personal and professional discipline especially related to a remote work environment
• ​Self-sufficient, problem solver. We rely on our team to get the job done with little hand-holding
• Basic knowledge of applications like Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Google Chrome, Safari, Excel, Spreadsheets, Apple Mac, etc.

Structure & Compensation

• Full-time position and fully remote
• Salary range starts at $60k

Client Success Managers are the liaisons between the agency and its clients. They are the primary point of contact - handling all day-to-day client interactions, retaining the clients, as well as managing the projects needed to foster client success. They work directly with sales, fulfillment, and leadership teams to make sure that clients receive exceptional results and impeccable service.
