Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an experienced inbound sales executive for one of our clients! They are a digital marketing agency that helps real estate agents across North America attract and convert buyer and seller leads into clients each and every month with paid ads via Facebook or Google. This is done through a proven multi-step formula combining online lead generation, lead reactivation, and sales coaching. Their success has led to internal growth and they are looking for new sales closer to handle inbound leads consulting with real estate agents interested in the program and ready to transform their business.

Structure & Compensation


  • Fully Remote Opportunity
  • On Target Earnings $7,000- $10,000 a month USD
  • You will receive 6-8 inbound leads daily (no cold calling!) working a full-time schedule, If you prefer to get fewer leads minimum
  • time commitment per week would be 30 hours. Calls are during USA business hours.
  • Our client has multiple Done-With-You Offerings for digital lead generation->$6000 3 Month / $9000 6 Months 
  • In the first 1-3 months; you should be able to close 1-2 a week and ramp up to 10-15 leads a day and close 3-4 a week
  • 15 percent Commission Per Sale - $900 - $2250 per close
  • A 5% additional bonus allocated if the client continues services for a maximum of 3 months $2000 a month package - $100 commission each month
  • Would be prepared to take calls  between business hours  in your associated timezones


What This Job Entails


  • Taking Introductory calls to qualify potential new clients & consulting with them
  • Understand client's needs and position packages that help solve their problems
  • Presenting positive return on investment and revenue gains for clients with the implementation of this specific lead gen package
  • Closing in 1-3 sales calls; the goal is to close 8+ sales a month,
  • After 3 months of closing 12+ sales a month
  • Following up with old leads you spoke to and effectively trying to close them


Requirements


  • Fluent in English 
  • Transferable Sales Experience, B2B Preferred & High Ticket Closing
  • 2 + years of Sales Experience is Preferred!
  • Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations 
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules 
  • Remote position (work from anywhere in the world)

  • Punctual – you understand that time is money, and you cannot afford to be late for appointments.


Additional Details - USA/Canada Markets


  • You will focus on both American & Canadian markets. The package size is the same ie just paid out in different currencies. 
  • Example - $6000 3-month package sold -> $900 USD  or $900 CDN
