Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Client Success Manager for one of our clients! They specialize in helping dental practices break into the untapped Spanish-speaking market. They understand the immense potential that lies within this market segment, particularly for practices offering Dental Implants or Aligners. Our client’s mission is to provide dental practices with a predictable and guaranteed flow of new Spanish-speaking patients who are in need of these services.
Currently, the company has 16 team members. The founder's deep-rooted connection to the dental industry began at an early age as the son of a maxillofacial surgeon. The company brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to the table. The founder’s intimate understanding of the needs and challenges faced by dental practices has propelled him to develop a system that has transformed numerous clinics.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the pivotal link between the agency and the valued clients. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for orchestrating all day-to-day interactions with clients, while also overseeing project management aspects. Your role will involve onboarding clients, following up with them, giving excellent customer service. Your main objective is to coach clients to get better results, increase retention, and upsell clients. Structure & Compensation
- $4000 USD monthly base + bonus up to $4000 a month
- Total OTE $70,000-$96,000 USD
- Full-Time Position
- Working hours are from 9 am to 6pm EST
- 100% Fully Remote Opportunity!
- Bonus: Selling additional monthly service plans & receiving 10% commission upsells. Goal is to hit 10-20k a month in upsells minumum

What This Job Entails
- Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of the services
- Develop and implement strategies to foster
- long-term client retention and loyalty
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensuring the marketing team is implementing client assets
- Communicating with the CEO directly to
- get the best results for the clients
- Providing world-class customer service
- Coaching clients on sales, and operations, and being that person who helps them achieve their dream goals
- Enhancing the client's experience
- As a Client Success Manager, your dedication to building strong client relationships, driving results, and providing exceptional service will be instrumental in the success of this role.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in client success / project
- management or account management role
- English & Spanish required. You will be talking with clients in English & the team will communicate with each other in Spanish
- Dental space or patient coordinator/office manager experience is ideal but not required
- Experience using CRMs, Zoom, Google apps
- Previous experience working in B2B sales is a plus
- A driven, dedicated teammate with creative ideas to
