Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for one of our clients! They are a rapidly growing Energy efficiency software innovator for the HVAC-R industry and head office is based in Farmingdale, NY with multiple officers across USA and independent dealers set up..


Your role will involve scheduling showing up inbound leads, visiting clients & closing them on services. If you are persistent, independent, patient, understanding, and the most competitive person you know? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity that has a very good compensation structure? We are looking for a motivated outside sales representative with a potential lead database as a preference. You will have plenty of growth opportunities as the intention will be to build a team of dedicated outside sales reps under you. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and help clients achieve their real estate goals while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Structure & Compensation


  • Full-Time Opportunity
  • Office based in Farmingdale, NY (not necessary to come in)
  • Leads will be provided + hunting new business
  • Opportunity to work with between NY, Connecticut, New Jersey + Remote Sales
  • Working Hours range throughout the week, ie 9 to 5
  • Company Vehicle Included
  • Competitive Base (depends on experience) + Commissions 
  • OTE 1st Year $200,000 - $400,000/yr
  • OTE 2nd Year $450,000 - $800,000/yr+
  • One large client can yield huge commissions because multiple sites nationwide

Requirements


  • 5 + years of HVAC related sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license with no driving convictions 
  • Preference is to have an existing book of business but not required.
  • Flexible, ie if a customer has a question on an evening you’re able to answer your phone or book in a lead
  • Driven, hungry competitive, and confident with coaching
  • others and setting expectations
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • under ever-changing schedules 
  • Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
  • Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects

More About the Opportunity


The Channel market is anything that has commercial and industrial Air-conditioning and refrigeration, which could be Air-cooled Chillers. Air-cooled Heat pumps, Large cold storage, data centers, supermarkets and also hotels and apartments with central heating and cooling via Chiller. Costs of our package could be from $4,000 to $40,000 depending on what size of the compressors, and payback can be from as low as 1.2 years to 4 years in low energy cost states. Some states do different packages, Northern California does bill financing, so the customer gets everything for free and just pays his bill, in New Jersey there are rebates of $1/kWh saved or Air-conditioning is around 50c/kWh saved, in Massachusetts there is a rebate, New York there are different possibility of rebates and other states have similar.Coming in the office is not necessary unless a customer comes to see a live display which is at the office. So there is no need to come in the office if the salesperson is on the road meeting, customers it is work for us.
