Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Closer for one of our clients! They are an exclusive provider of marketing for well-known fitness brands. With over two decades of experience, their team brings a time-tested and results-backed marketing approach to every aspect of growing fitness gyms and studios. They are a small but lean team of under 40 people that have doubled their revenue a couple of times over. 


Our client offers an all-in-one solution that covers advertising, marketing, and sales for fitness gyms and studios. They take a hands-on approach with each of their clients that allows them to create custom-tailored marketing plans that bring in more gym members on autopilot.


They are on a mission to be the world’s number-one growth partner for fitness-based franchises by helping them generate leads, members, and sales on demand. Your role would involve taking inbound leads, consulting with different prospects, following up, and effectively closing sales. The company can give you the right marketing knowledge and training but cannot provide the right attitude and mindset. Their team culture is energetic, driven, self-resilient, creative, and friendly. They collaborate and help each other grow and succeed.


Structure & Compensation


- Full Time & Fully Remote Position

- Working hours are 9 am - 5 pm from Monday to Friday in your timezone

- On target earnings $84,00-$102,000 USD a yr - 2k base draw against commission (minimum 2k for 3 months).

- 20 inbound appointments per week (No Cold Calling)

- Show up rate is 50%,

- The rest of the time is spent following up on old leads and non-closed deals

- 2-3 New Deals per week are expected

- Structure: Receive 100% of the setup fee, & 30% of month 1 revenue. (Set up fee: $1000, monthly retainer: $1250-$1500). If you waive the setup fee then 30% of 1 month is allocated.


What This Opportunity Entails


- Managing scheduled appointments on your calendar for 1-hour Zoom consultations with leads

- Following up with all leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages

- Logging into your designated Zoom account at the scheduled time and joining the meeting

- Guiding potential clients through the call process during the meeting

- Collecting payment information from qualified clients

- Confirming the day and time of the onboarding call with the client


Requirements


- Minimum 2+ years’ experience mandatory in a sales position

- Transferable Sales Experience, B2B Preferred & High Ticket Closing

- Fitness Sales Experience OR Marketing Agency Sales experience is highly preferred 

- Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English

- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision 

- Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations 

- Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules

- Creative -- you find yourself coming up with new creative ideas

- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better 

- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required 

- Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.

- Technology – you must be willing to learn or have a solid understanding of technology & social media
