Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Content Manager for one of our clients! They develop and introduce revolutionary technology that reshapes traditional healthcare. Their main product utilizes focused acoustic waves to alleviate pain and activate natural healing. Implementing this type of technology offers chiropractors unprecedented treatment versatility within their clinic. This type of technology has been used by medical institutions all around the world and is now available in the United States. The company is based in Boston, is a team of 25+ people & has big plans to scale.
The Content Manager would be responsible for creating content for social media posts, generating organic leads, building brand awareness, and a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks. Structure & Compensation
- Full-time opportunity (40+ hours/wk position) and fully remote
- Compensation: $60,000-$75,000/Year Base Salary Depending On Experience +
- Quarterly bonuses range from $1k - 3k generally
- Total OTE $78,000/yr+ 1st Year & In 2nd Year $90,000/yr+
- Quarterly Bonus for Hitting Objectives / Annual

- Independent contractor-based position or W2 position -

- Company-wide meeting every Monday at 9:45am-10:15amEST
- Be available M-F 8am - 5pm EST
What This Job Entails
To drive NEW business revenue by:
1) Building brand awareness and increasing customer
/fan engagement and build
2) Generate leads and increase revenue through content marketing
Outcomes // KPIs:
- 20 Social Media Posts Per Platform Per Month
-Platforms include: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (4-6 Posts), Website Blogs (working with our providers)
- You will generate content in multiple ways
- Creating a content engine (internal/external)
- You will need to record, edit, curate content from internal and external sources by working with our team, partners and clients
-You’ll be expected to create 20-30+ useable content posts/videos/photos per month
- You will not always be provided with new fresh content, your job will be to find it, create it or create a system for collecting it. You’ll be expected to hit production goals regardless
- Inbound content
- You will need to create a system for collecting content from our community
- Client / patient treatment videos
- Live coaching calls
- Client interviews
2. 20 Organic Bookings/Leads Per Month
-You’ll be expected to generate inbound leads/bookings with qualified prospects who are interested in our products. This is achieved as a result of content production, collaboration and organic outreach
3. 30 Outreaches/Follows/Connections Per Day, LinkedIn
-You’ll be expected to connect with 30 qualified LinkedIn Professionals per day
4. Facebook Group Management
-You’ll be the active community manager for our Facebook group, this includes posting 1-2 new engaging posts per day. Additionally, you’ll be engaging with members, answering questions, directing people and creating new content for the group. This group is a sales management tool that helps with sales enablement and engagement through our process.
5. Nurture organic messages/comments and distribute to sales team
-Answer questions and comments through posts and messages with the goal of driving them to a discovery call with our sales team
6. Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
- In addition to driving new revenue, generating organic leads and building brand awareness, you will have a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks.
- Morning Huddles:
- Attend team meetings via zoom
- Know your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace)
- Be prepared to share new content you’ve created, where everything is at, in its process.
Example: New content, posts made thus far, follower count, organic bookings this month, outreaches thus far, etc
- End of day:
- Content currently in production
- What you worked on for the day
- Monthly/quarterly/daily OKRs / KPIs
What This Role Will Require
- 2+ years marketing & content experience & strong ability
- & background to deliver results listed above
- Self-Starter & Independence: Content marketing often finds itself on a bit of their own island, because they touch a little of everything. With that said, it's your job to make sure you show up every day and are motivated to work.
