Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Executive for one of our clients! They help Entrepreneurs start a business with their cutting-edge photo booths & world-class customer service. In 2020 they were ranked as America’s fastest-growing private company with 3-year revenue growth of 363.67%. The company was started by a husband and wife, inspired by the idea of the residual income that can be created by owning a photo booth. Since 2015, they have helped over 5000 people start a photo booth business. Every day, they set out to help more people start their own successful photo booth businesses. They are still a small team, and family-based (as they were founded). When you join their team as a Sales Executive, you join as an integral part in making an impact with them in the space.


They are looking for a Sales Executive that would join their team as an integral part, in making an impact with them in the space. Do you inspire confidence? Do you motivate people? Are you the type of person who can talk to anyone and are not shy to sell high-ticket packages? You may be the perfect candidate to work with them, a company that inspires entrepreneurship, through photo booths. They are looking for someone who is a little scrappy, super entrepreneurial, and ready to own your quota. I’m talking about not trembling to pick up the phone, but ready with excitement, and a “sh!t eating grin”, on your face to make the next call.



You will be responsible for closing the deal and completing all paperwork with the customer for the sale. Sales experience is great, but more importantly customer service or care and attention to detail.


Structure & Compensation


  • Full-Time Hours: 8 am - 5 pm CST
  • Fully Remote Opportunity

      -  OTE $110,000 - $130,000 USD/yr on a proven offer

  • Selling a $10,000+ solution
  • Commission based on 6% to 7% + 50% of clients buy warranty packages (extra $500)-> total potential per close $700-$1200 a unit
  • Warm inbound opt’d in leads (within the last 30 days)


Responsibilities


  • Present a solution to multiple clients in a pre-scheduled appointment.
  • Make upwards of 75+ calls a day to inbound leads (opt’d in and are interested in the solutions), schedule appointments, and follow up.
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, etc to on-board new clients.
  • Ensure that you’re prepared to outperform your quota, and keep tabs on the deals you need to get there.
  • Maintaining all of your documentation, and ensuring you keep up to speed on product changes, so you drive the most value for your clients.
  • Run through extremely technical follow-up presentations to ensure clients have a full grasp of the product, and sometimes deliver these presentations in person.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts



Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of sales experience (no problem if none!)
  • Formal sales training is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication & selling ability
  • Not shy to ask for money
  • Can grab the phone & talk to anyone!
  • Quickly develop rapport with prospects, showing them how a photo booth business will be impactful for them.
  • Inspire trust in the people that you speak to.
  • Are organized in your sales process, CRM, and have demonstrable experience in maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Look at sales quotas as a “nice starting point”, and aim to over-achieve.
  • Learn quickly, and are adaptable to present in any scenario.
  • Can easily make 75+ calls a day.
  • Easily solve problems, and work well within a team.
  • Have at least a high school diploma (or GED)
  • Can easily work with technology (Mac/PC/etc)
