Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Client Success Manager for one of our clients! They are a dynamic and innovative marketing and consulting agency for Aesthetic Clinics & Med Spa owners. Led by an exceptional CEO with a history of catalyzing growth, who holds a track record of successfully transforming businesses, having overseen the transformation of hundreds of enterprises. Through strategic guidance and innovative methodologies, the company's CEO has not only scaled over 40 clinics to achieve 6-figure revenues but has also masterminded the development of three 7-figure clinics, ultimately leading to the acquisition of the company. Now, as he embarks on an exciting new venture, his visionary leadership takes center stage once again. The company’s mission is to collaborate closely with visionary clinic owners, providing them with strategic insights, cutting-edge marketing strategies, and tailored consulting services to achieve extraordinary growth and profitability.


As a Client Success Manager, you will be the pivotal link between the agency and the valued clients. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for orchestrating all day-to-day interactions with clients, while also overseeing project management aspects. Your role will involve onboarding clients, following up with them, giving excellent customer service, and communicating with the CEO directly. Structure & Compensation


  • Full-Time Position 
  • Working hours are from 9am to 5pm MST
  • 100% Fully Remote Opportunity!
  • $1,000 USD a Month Starting Salary

What This Job Entails


  • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of the services
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term client retention and loyalty
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring the marketing team is implementing client assets
  • Communicating with the CEO directly  to get the best results for the clients
  • Providing world-class customer service
  • Enhancing the clients experience 


As a Client Success Manager, your dedication to building strong client relationships, driving results, and providing exceptional service will be instrumental in the success of this role.


Requirements


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in client success / project management or account management role
  • Paid ads experiences is preferred 
  • Experience using CRMs, Zoom, Google apps
  • Previous experience working in B2B sales is a plus
  • A driven, dedicated teammate with creative ideas to inspire customer adoption
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Outgoing, empathetic, confident
  • Mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
  • Willing to become the authority in situations and set expectations 
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
  • Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
