Senior Recruitment Manager

The role This is a newly created role for a seasoned agency or internal recruitment/talent leader to drive the future strategy of the organisation from a talent perspective. This is a leadership role first and foremost, however a willingness to be hands on when required is essential and set the standards of true team player-ship across the culture of the team. Your role will include: Management and leadership of a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Consultants and admin support. Analyse, measure and report on all aspects of what makes a Talent Acquisition team efficient and successful Liaise with and be an escalation point for the aged care Regional Managers, ensure their talent needs are met Maintain quality and meaningful communications between the aged care facilities, the Talent Acquisition team, Human Resources and Marketing teams. Consistently seek out improvement, identify opportunities for enhancement and implement processes and procedures that enhance productivity and successful placement of new employees Provide hands on support to critical and/or executive level roles utilising your networks and experience to ensure these roles are management effectively and professionally. About you You are a career recruitment professional, either coming directly from agency leadership experience or from managing another internal talent acquisition team. You have a passion to support a mission driven organisation that values people, from the internal staff to their aged care clients. In addition, you will have: Proven management experience of a similar sized team Developed and executed a robust recruitment strategy Experience with and a broad understanding of the latest technology and how to maximise efficiency across a variety of tools and analytics Passion for creating an enviable candidate experience, driving applications and developing talent pipelines to proactively support the organisations talent needs Previous experience in aged care, allied health or healthcare in general is desirable. Alternatively extensive experience in high volume, candidate tight recruitment markets.
