The opportunity Working closely with the ANZ General Manager, you will be building rewarding relationships with all their corporate partners across Australia & New Zealand to launch new campaigns that tangibly reduces waste from landfill. Your role will encompass: Managing a portfolio of 60+ accounts including developing strategies and increasing value and impact through meeting agreed KPI’s Leading and developing a team of 4 associates/senior associates, but also owning some high-priority, key strategic accounts directly. Onboarding new clients handed over from the Business Development team, building relationships, understanding their goals and priorities and putting strategies into action Producing reports on costs and recycling performance, presenting quarterly updates and providing meaningful recommendations Partnering with other Heads of Departments to set your portfolio strategy measured through annual recycling revenue, client satisfaction, and program renewals Managing senior-level client contacts and support and/or lead C-level conversations About you You will work and engage with a variety of medium to large organisations including some of the world’s leading brands such as L’Oréal, Nestle and Woolworths. Helping their customers become more planet friendly by offering them a variety of recycling solutions and programs. You will also have: Leadership experience in Account Management and/or Brand Management ideally in the FMCG or retail industries (other industries considered) Strategic thinking capabilities and be a natural problem solver who can set direction and long-term growth strategies, but also cares about the details, can switch between high-level planning & thinking and tactical work Experience managing multiple accounts and deliverables of a variety of sizes and lead times Clear communication with the ability to adjust your approach depending on the audience (from junior team members to senior leadership and clients) Ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents and slide decks A demonstrated interest in sustainable/green business solutions To Apply Please submit your CV (WORD doc preferred) or contact Teresa on 0405 417 882 for a confidential discussion.
